RESERVING YOUR TRIP

TRIP DEPOSIT

The deposit per person is $ 500 * Deposits may be made by check or credit card on line (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

PAYING YOUR BALANCE

The balance of your cost is due 90 days prior to departure and may be paid by check or money order in U.S. dollars or by credit card on line*

If final payment is not received when due, Essential Journeys reserve the right to cancel the reservation. * Prices of the trips are per person based on double occupancy, quoted in U.S. dollars and in effect for reservation received through August 31, 2006.* Prices cover land costs only; they do not include airfare to and from the trip* Essential Journeys reserve the right to increase/adjust the price in the event of extreme fluctuations.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES

If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be $100 if you cancel 91 or more days prior to the trip start; 25% of trip price between 61-91 days; 50% of trip price between 31-60 days; and no refund within30 days. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, terrorism, civil unrest or personal emergencies. * There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early. * Single occupancy charges are considered part of the trip price and are subject to cancellation fee. On rare occasion when Essential Journeys must cancel a trip, all payment received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement.* If Essential Journeys should cancel a trip within 30 days of departure due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund. * If a trip is cancelled within 30 days of departure because of natural disaster, terrorism or civil unrest, you will receive a full refund.*

Essential Journeys is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trip, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations or illness. * Guests are required to provide a signed “Release of Liability, Assumption of All Risks, and Arbitration Agreement” form. Nd a completed Personal Information Form prior to trip departure, you will receive these materials shortly after reserving your trip.
